Darrell is a trial lawyer with 40 years of experience representing management in all forms of employment litigation.  He helps clients resolve challenges arising from workplace injuries and defends employers in workers’ compensation claims, OSHA claims, and ancillary claims arising from the Family and Medical Leave Act, Americans with Disability Act, Fair Labor Standards Act, and the Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification (WARN) Act.  He has successfully defended employers in jury trials in both state and federal courts.  He also represents employers in administrative claims filed with the Ohio Civil Rights Commission and Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.

Darrell and his family live outside of Zoar, Ohio in Tuscarawas County.  He is the Vice President of the Zoar Community Association committed to preserving Historic Zoar Village.  Darrell is an avid horseman, hunter and fisherman and a Revolutionary War and Civil War mounted cavalry reenactor.
